  I can hear noice in the pipes when I turn the tap off. What can I do about it?

  Don’t hesitate – change to an FM Mattsson mixer with a soft close mechanism. The noice you can hear is caused by pressure in the pipes. It shortens the pipes’ lifespan and increases risk of water damage.

  Is it easy to replace the lever with a longer one? My hands are a bit weak.

  It’s easy. On our 9000 single lever mixers, you don’t even need to turn the water off to change the lever. You can also replace the lever on older models by changing the insert in the mixer. In addition, our safety bath and shower mixers can be fitted with wings to compensate for weak hands.

  How can I avoid making new holes in the wall when I change my hand shower set?

  Our showers have adjustable wall brackets that fit all your pre-existing holes and sit flush with the wall. Moreover, our Sarona VASKA shower can be installed straight on top of exposed water pipes. This saves the need to drill holes in the shower wall and reduces risk of future water damage.
